Avalon Organics wanted to introduce Beauty Without Cruelty, an existing brand from the UK, into the United States. They knew that the cruelty-free and vegetarian products would work in the U.S., but they also knew that it wouldn’t be as simple as dropping the product on the shelves.
A brand needs to speak the language of its customer, and just because the established UK brand was coming from an English-speaking country didn’t mean it was ready for the U.S. market.
Avalon worked with Branditecture to completely re-imagine Beauty Without Cruelty for its U.S. introduction while aligning all aspects of the product and experience to the values of the brand.
We developed a brand identity to express the friendly and approachable nature of Beauty Without Cruelty’s products. And we helped shape the overall brand experience — from product formulas, packaging sizes and design to collateral and advertising.
